Prohibited activities

- Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, software or photographs.
- Network abuse, including sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or disrupting service.
- Deceptive practices such as unauthorized resale, forging header information, or collecting personal data without consent.
- Any use of the service to harm minors.
Enforcement
Power Vision ISP may suspend accounts immediately, without notice, for violations, and may pursue legal proceedings. Reactivation may require adequate guarantees.
