Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Vision ISP's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service [TO CONFIRM].
Power Vision ISP and its affiliates, dealers and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages — including losses related to business interruption, loss of revenue, or legal proceedings — regardless of whether such claims arise from contract, negligence or otherwise, and even where the possibility of such damage was known.
These limitations are an essential part of the agreement between Power Vision ISP and the Customer.
