1. Access to the service
The Service is provided to individual and business users for a fee, contingent on compliance with these terms. Users under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Account and term
The Agreement remains effective while the account is active; either party may cancel with proper written notice.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation requires at least 30 days' written notice by email, and full payment of outstanding balances before completion.
4. Indemnification
Users assume the risk of using the Service and agree to indemnify Power Vision ISP against related liability, losses and claims.
5. Fees, payments and penalties
Fees are based on the published Price List and may be modified with prior notice. Payment is due in advance. Delinquent balances may accrue interest and lead to suspension. Reactivation and returned-payment charges may apply.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Passwords must be kept secure. Unauthorized access to other systems is prohibited. Users must follow proper net etiquette and all applicable laws, and must not waste bandwidth or disrupt the service.
7. Abuse and termination
Resource abuse, harassment, distribution of unlawful material, and any breach of law or of these terms are grounds for suspension or termination. See our Abuse Awareness page.
8. Copyright
Users are responsible for respecting copyright. Copyrighted material may not be uploaded or distributed without the rights holder's permission.
9. General
Power Vision ISP reserves the right to refuse service. This Agreement is governed by Lebanese law and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
